This Privacy Policy explains how Leo Candor Pte. Ltd. ("Leo Candor", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with this website (leocandor.com), in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

This website is an informational brochure. It has no sign-up forms and no account system, and we do not sell anything through it. As a result, we collect very little:

Information you choose to send us. If you contact us via WhatsApp or email using the links on this site, we receive the contact details and message content you provide.
Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use this to identify you personally.
The savings calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are never transmitted to us or stored.

2. Cookies and analytics

This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in future, we will update this policy.

3. How we use information

We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry, provide the services you ask about, and maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal data. For clients who engage our services, we may share limited information with suppliers, traders, or surveyors strictly as needed to carry out a transaction on your instruction, and with professional advisers or where required by law.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was provided or as required by law, and we apply reasonable measures to protect it against loss or misuse.

6. Your rights under the PDPA

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent to its use, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
